livingroom.fm Stadtmusik Festival 2010 Highlights

Stadtmusik.fm is a project in Basel, Switzerland that blurs the lines between festival, temporary radio station and arts project. Based around Basel’s art museum, it host’s a month worth of future minded music, ranging from the manifold shapes of electronic music to the non academic outskirts of new music. Adding to this physical presence in the city, Stadtmusik.fm has a temporary FM licence that broadcasts a program that both documents the festival and invites the over one hundred contributors to focus on progressive tendencies on any other cultural field. In the festival bill livingroom.fm alumni appear alongside folks like Theo Parrish, King Britt, Onra, Fatima, Appleblim, Lusine and Little Dragon, turning Basel into the hottest place to be in August.
